Who we are

A glass partner built around
real production work.

HangoTech operates from a 40,000 m² glass manufacturing site with approximately 500 employees, including an international trade team of dozens serving overseas buyers.

With eight production machines and a stated monthly production capacity of 120 tonnes, the factory supports stock sourcing, repeat wholesale orders and custom glass development.

Our catalogue covers beverage and food packaging, drinkware, tableware, fragrance packaging, candle glassware, personal-care packaging, decorative glass and compatible accessories. A project can begin with an existing model or with a drawing, sample or reference product for feasibility review.

The factory images on this page document the working environment behind that service: product displays, forming and conveyor equipment, robotic handling, production inspection, packing areas and finished-goods storage.

Production environment

Forming, movement and handling
across the factory floor.

The production images show the equipment and handling stages buyers commonly need to understand before approving a glass packaging program.

Glass forming

Container shape begins at the forming stage, where the selected mold and process conditions define the physical product.

Quality coordination

Inspection begins with
an agreed reference.

Quality control is most useful when the buyer and supplier first agree what must be checked. Depending on the product and project, the inspection plan can cover incoming materials, in-process conditions, finished products, decoration, packing and outgoing shipment preparation.

  • Approved sample, drawing or written specification
  • Project-specific appearance and dimensional checks
  • Packing method and carton-mark verification
  • Inspection records or third-party inspection when agreed

How we work

One buyer brief through
four working stages.

Each stage produces information the buyer can review before committing to the next step.

01

Product selection

Compare existing glass shapes, capacities, closures and decoration routes against the intended contents and sales channel.

02

Development review

Organize drawings, samples, artwork, mold requirements and acceptance references before production approval.

03

Production follow-up

Coordinate forming, handling, in-process checks and the project information needed for buyer review.

04

Packing & dispatch

Confirm protective packing, carton marks, quantities, documents and shipment handoff for the agreed order.

Warehouse & export preparation

Protect the product
after production.

Glass projects do not end at the production line. Finished goods must be organized, packed and prepared around the product, order quantity and agreed shipping method.

Protective packingCarton layout and internal protection are confirmed for the selected model.
Order identificationQuantities, carton marks and product references are checked before dispatch.
Shipment handoffDocuments and logistics arrangements follow the agreed trade terms.

Packing result

Review protection
from every angle.

Multiple views make the finished packing arrangement easier to verify before dispatch. The applicable dividers, wrapping, carton and pallet method are confirmed for the selected glass product and shipment route.

Project communication

A clearer handoff between
buyer and production.

Our team turns inquiries into a structured brief covering application, model, dimensions, quantity, decoration, closure, packing, destination and schedule. That written reference helps commercial, production, quality and logistics work from the same requirements.

Customer cooperation

Relationships built
face to face.

Factory capability starts the conversation; clear communication and dependable follow-through help sustain it. These photographs document customer visits, working discussions and informal gatherings around ongoing international cooperation.

Trade show presence

Meeting glassware buyers
beyond the factory.

Industry exhibitions give our team opportunities to present glass collections and meet long-term international customers face to face. Our continuing European customer relationships include IDEAS, BC and JDC, while GCI is among the customers we work with in the United States.

Reducing sourcing risk

Confirm the important details
before the order moves.

Product availability, MOQ, compliance documents, capacity and lead time are confirmed for the selected manufacturing route rather than presented as unsupported universal promises.

01

A written product brief

Model, capacity, dimensions, intended contents, decoration, closure, packing and destination are organized before quotation.

02

Approval before production

Drawings, samples, artwork and agreed specifications create a shared reference for the order.

03

Project-based inspection

Inspection scope is matched to the product, finish, application and buyer requirements.

04

Documented order handoff

Packing, carton marks, quantities, shipping terms and required documents are reviewed before dispatch.
