OEM and ODM planning turns the buyer's idea into four connected specifications. Each choice is reviewed for technical feasibility, order quantity and compatibility before samples or bulk production proceed.
Color & decoration
Confirm glass color, coating, printing, frosting, artwork position and the approval reference for the selected finish.
Closure & accessories
Review neck finish, pumps, caps, sprayers, reeds and other components against the product application and filling method.
Packing & export plan
Define dividers, inner boxes, carton marks, pallet requirements and shipping preparation around the approved product.

Two development routes
Use an existing model
or develop a new mold.
Existing products can often be adapted through decoration, glass color, closures, accessories and packing. A new mold is considered when the required shape, dimensions or functional details cannot be achieved with an existing model.
Stock orders typically require 15-20 days. Custom orders typically require 30-60 days, depending on tooling, samples, decoration, quantity and packing. The applicable schedule is confirmed in the quotation.

Production review
Confirm the details that
affect forming and handling.
Shape, wall distribution, neck finish, dimensional limits and downstream handling requirements are reviewed as part of the selected development route. The final standard is established through drawings, samples and written approval.
